Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious and exactly as depicted in the photos, perfect for families with kids. The service was top-notch with kind and attentive staff. The location couldn't be better, especially for Universal Studio enthusiasts. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from Osaka Kaiyukan Aquarium pier, and the staff went above and beyond to be helpful.
